I bought this dress on a complete whim. It was the result of one particularly late night “window” shopping session. While not the cheapest dress ever, it will absolutely be in heavy rotation this summer for me. It pairs well with sandals, espadrilles, and even wedges.
The bow around the waist ensures that you can get a custom fit too. And… the straps are removable! It looks extra cute as a strapless dress, but I forgot a strapless bra (I actually use these genius things), so I kept the straps on.
Honestly, it’s a no-fuss dress you can throw on for anything (from a backyard barbecue to an al fresco dinner date) and look completely put together.
A rainstorm was lingering around us while we explored and we didn’t get to spend nearly enough time at the beach. I’m dreaming of it though and hoping a return visit is sooner rather than later!
There’s a small protected cove on the beach where the water is extra calm, a touch warmer, and just crystal clear. When we walked up, Carter and I were in awe of how gorgeous it was. No one was there, too, which made it feel extra magical.
