Skipped yesterday’s blog post to participate in the ICE out strike.
I’m really relieved that we’re switching into February. Januarys are always particularly long and this one was no exception. We have no plans this weekend and, after last weekend’s snowstorm, I know we’re all looking forward to just laying low and having a nice family weekend– my favorite kind.

Custom Mahjong Folio by Jackie O’Bosky
Here’s what has been on my radar:
ONE // Cable Knit Cardigan with Bow
J. Crew just launched an adorable cardigan. I love that it’s classic but unique. I want to try it on to see if the bow gets in the way– I hope not, because it’s really just too cute. I love how it’s styled on the model and I think I’d wear it exactly like that.
TWO // The Official American Girl Cookbook
I’m extremely intrigued by this cookbook by American Girl. It’s for grownups– including cocktails, mocktails, snacks, and entrees– and I’m interested to see what it’s like. The book releases later this spring. It could be fun to do like a cookbook party with this cookbook and your girlfriends!
THREE // TBR Ticket Box
One of the cutest things I’ve seen on the internet lately. A handmade box with “TBR Tickets” to help you work through your TBR pile of books. Genius and cute– what a fun way to add a little touch of whimsy to your everyday. The creator even sells the pattern so you can make it yourself.
FOUR // Fair Isle Spring Jumper
I know it’s insanely early to be thinking about spring/Easter clothes. But I have to share this adorable fair isle sweater for boys. Boden sweaters always sell out quickly– so it’s worth hopping on to scoop it up before it’s too late. There’s a baby version too and a darling coordinated look for girls. And, omg, a version for Moms!
FIVE // “Won’t You Be My Neighbor”
Just going to leave this here. Can’t think of a better to way to end this post.
