I’m partnering with Nordstrom today to share my beauty buys from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale this year. My philosophy when it comes to sales is to stock up on things you know you use and use it as an opportunity to splurge on something you’ve been wanting to try or have had your eye on. I did a little bit of both here– stocked up on staples and tried a new-to-me product that I’ve heard rave reviews about.

It felt a little like Christmas getting everything in the mail. I have never been a beauty guru but over the past year or so I have been so much more interested in trying new products for skin and beauty.

My haul! Some staples (like my holy grail facial cleanser, which comes with a big and mini size) and a spray on version of my favorite sunscreen. As well as a few new fun things to try.
Bobbi Brown has been my go-to for beauty products since I was a teenager. This “easy essentials” set comes with everything you need for an everyday look: eyes, lips, and cheeks. The palette features great nude eyeshadows and a pullout tray of blush and bronzer. (I love the design on the top!)
My friend Grace gave me my first Diptyque candle last year around Christmas… I instantly became hooked! I totally get the hype. I love that this set includes a bunch of the scents so I can try them all before committing to my next big candle. Unfortunately this set already sold out, but try two of my favorite full sized candles: Roses & Feu de Bois.
And here is the new product I was really tempted to try! One of my friend raves about Charlotte Tilbury and when I saw that it came in a three piece set (full sized lip liner, lipstick, and lip gloss) in “Pillow Talk.” This may just become my new favorite “everyday” lip color. It’s the perfect pinky nude!
