I’ve been on a mission to slow my mornings down, even if just a little. Instead of rolling out of bed and immediately tackling a to-do list, I’ve started with a few grounding habits: a warm cup of tea, five minutes of stretching, and writing just one intention for the day. It doesn’t make my schedule less busy, but it sets the tone in a way that feels kinder to myself.

This routine isn’t about perfection—some mornings are chaotic, and that’s okay. What matters is having small rituals that remind me to breathe, to be present, and to start from a place of balance. If your mornings feel rushed, try swapping urgency for intention. You might be surprised how peaceful the rest of your day feels.
