DRESSED UP FOR THE SEASON

I am absolutely, absolutely obsessed with this dress. I bought it and crossed my fingers that it would work with my bump…. and I’m happy to report that it does. And I believe it will work after baby, too. Like I’m sure nearly every woman out there, I love a good little black dress. This one is a versatile closet staple because it can be dressed up and dressed down. Originally I bought it thinking it would be a great dress just to wear during the day with sandals, but realized quickly it worked just as well with a little pair of heels.

(I am happy I bought it in both the black and the light blue, too!)

DRESSED UP FOR THE SEASON

I do want to note that I wasn’t sure if it was just my pregnancy body or what, but it felt like it ran a little small. Reviews confirm that it does run small in the bust. I recommend trying the next size up.

DRESSED UP FOR THE SEASON Some more features that I love about the dress:

– The cotton is CRISP. The fabric is really what elevates it from an everyday dress to something a little more special. It falls perfectly and moves beautifully.

– The shoulder straps are adjustable! I feel like this is an often overlooked feature of dresses, but really makes a difference in fit.

– The back tie is also an additional way to get a perfect fit for your body. It doesn’t do as much as, say, a smocked back would, but you can tie it a little tighter or looser depending on what you need.
