Bow Blouse

I didn’t get the chance to shoot the outfit that I wore to Kate Spade’s presentation last week because it was way too cold. It was freezing and windy and frankly I spent as little time outside as possible. (It was a curb-to-cab kind of day!) I did love what I wore though and re-wore the outfit for a little date night– and convinced Gar to take photos before dinner!
While I typically would opt to wear a dress for fashion week, I had a feeling it was going to be super cold so I went with an easier to wear blouse and pants option.
The bow blouse was something I’d been eyeing. It made what would be an otherwise simple– borderline boring– black and white look seem a little bit more fun. I kind of like that it looked like a feminine take on a tuxedo!
These black pants became an instant staple in my wardrobe. They’re one of those items where I wonder what I did before I had it! They can be dressed up but still feel as comfortable as your favorite pair of leggings. I probably wear them (at least) once a week.
My Mini Maise is almost completely sold out, but here’s a slightly larger version (40% off), a striped option with a bow, and the mini bag of the season.
