Gal Meets Glam launched its first collection of coats. Julia and her team invited me to come to a few fun events hosted at the Lotte Palace Hotel surrounding the launch earlier this week in NYC. While I’m not quite ready for the holidays, it was a fun hint of the upcoming season. Everything from the Jewel Suite where everything was set up (a three-story suite with sweeping views and elegant windows) to the actual coats were GMG-perfection.
Such a fun group of women!! I got to hang out with some of my old friends (Julia, Rachel, Caila) and meet new ones (Caralyn, Melanie). The best part was seeing how we all styled the coats. Everyone had a unique perspective and gave the coats their own twist.
But that doesn’t mean there weren’t a few twinning moments to be had! Above, I’m with Caila in red Emilia coats and below with Caralyn in the Dominique.

Loved the print of the Dominique. I thought it was going to be more of a trench weight, but it actually has a quilted lining inside!! And the fabric is gorgeous. It’s a great coat to have if you need something to wear over a fancier dress– don’t worry though, looks just as great still with a pair of jeans and flats!
