Since summer is almost here, I wanted to share an updated summer capsule wardrobe. I love creating mini capsule wardrobes at the start of a new season since it helps me take inventory of what I already own and fill in any gaps. It’s also such a life saver on days when I can’t decide what to wear – kind of like having a personal uniform that you can dress up or down! Picking a color palette also makes mixing and matching easier. White jeans are one of my summer staples since they’re so versatile. Pair them with a simple tank top and sandals for a casual look or dress them up with a blouse and heels for a dinner. These shorts were a recent purchase and are seriously one of the most comfortable and flattering shorts I’ve ever worn. The length is perfect, not too short or too long, and they have just the right amount of stretch.
I also love a good midi dress for summer. They’re easy to throw on and instantly make you look put together. I like to opt for cotton or linen fabrics to stay cool in the summer heat.
