I’ve amassed quite the collection of outwear over the years. A lot of that has to do with my industry, but it’s also just one of my weaknesses (at the chagrin of the closets in our little house!). There are so many cute jackets for fall, and I’d be happy with any/all of them!!
Cute Jackets for Fall

Gingham Jacket // Barn Jacket ($60!) // Ruffled Collar Jacket (40% off!) // Sherpa Coat // Quilted Jacket
Suede Jacket // Cropped Corduroy Jacket // Cropped Denim Jacket // Field Jacket // Short Trench Coat
Gingham Jacket // This might just be my PERFECT jacket. The navy gingham couldn’t be more darling, and I love the swing silhouette.
Barn Jacket ($60!) // Barn jackets are it right now, and I don’t hate it. This blush color is SO pretty and makes the jacket feel more feminine. Plus, the price is definitely right.
Ruffled Collar Jacket (40% off!) // This jacket comes in two more traditional fall colors, but I’m actually partial to this light, powdery blue. It’s an unexpected pop that feels…surprisingly right.
Sherpa Coat // I don’t typically wear sherpa, but how cozy does this look?! I’m such a fan of Varley– they’ve really mastered elevated comfort, and this piece is no exception.
Quilted Jacket // This is a great, affordable jacket to pull out when fall gets chillier. The collarless style is lightweight yet highly insulated. The white is my personal favorite, but it also comes in five other neutral (or neutral-ish!) options.
Suede Jacket // This might just be the inspiration I’ve needed to wear more suede!! The crop is *chef’s kiss* and the deep, warm brown is just as good.
Cropped Corduroy Jacket // A statement piece, from the oversized gold buttons to the floral corduroy– and at the same time, it also feels subdued because of the neutral hues.
Cropped Denim Jacket // Denim jackets have made a serious comeback and I’m loving this updated take. The puff sleeve is distinct yet not too much at all!
Field Jacket // I’ve loved my original field jacket for over a decade now (one of the best fall jackets ever), but this updated take is, in my opinion, even better. The flattering crop and the corduroy collar are perfection!
Short Trench Coat // A classic trench is, well, classic. As a mom though, I’ve found that a longer coat can feel constricting while out playing with my boys. Enter: the perfect compromise.
